Job summary

AimGulf is hiring a Senior Construction Engineer – Piping for a gas/LNG project in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee piping construction activities, ensuring installation, testing and mechanical completion align with project specifications and schedules, on a PMC basis.

We seek a professional with 15+ years in construction, including 5+ years on LNG or major oil & gas programs, plus ADNOC project exposure and a Mechanical Engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience with 5+ years on LNG or major oil & gas projects.
• Experience working on ADNOC projects or similar national oil company programs.
• Supervision of piping fabrication, erection, welding, hydro-testing, reinstatement and mechanical completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piping construction activities for LNG projects on behalf of the PMC, ensuring installation, testing and mechanical completion meet project specs and schedules.

Job Description / Role:

We are looking forward to hire PMC Senior Construction Piping Engineer for a Gas Project based in Abu Dhabi.

Oversee piping construction activities for the LNG project on behalf of the PMC, ensuring contractors complete installation, testing, and mechanical completion safely and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Required:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant construction experience, including 5 years on LNG or major oil and gas projects.

• Previous PMC or client-side experience preferred.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of applicable piping codes, including ASME B31.3, and relevant quality and HSE requirements.
