Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced events leader to plan and deliver large-scale conferences and summits in the Dubai area. You will shape program direction, manage a cross-functional team, and serve as the main liaison to government entities, sponsors, and VIP speakers.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred for this senior position.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in conference management or large-scale events.
• Proven experience managing high-level stakeholders in government or corporate environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workstreams.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and delivery of large-scale conferences and summits.
• Develop content-rich programs, themes, and session formats.
• Collaborate with steering committees, advisory boards, and clients to shape program direction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional internal team of producers and coordinators.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for high-level clients, government entities, and sponsors.
• Source, invite, and manage top-tier speakers, moderators, and VIPs.
• Oversee speaker logistics and communications.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client referrals.
• Support proposal development, bid submissions, and pitches.
• Lead on-site event operations including stage and show management
