Job summary

Dubai Metro seeks a Communication Senior Engineer to act as the technical authority for its communication assets. You will guide asset improvement programs, lead investigations, sponsor change management, and ensure compliance with railway standards.

The role interfaces with Maintenance, IT, PMO, and Projects to enable lifecycle excellence. You will develop data-driven strategies, create dashboards, and drive continuous improvement within the E&M function while mentoring a team of engineers and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/ECE, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
System engineering for Communication Systems and interfaces; RAMS/FRB/Change Management experience.
Ability to develop and interpret large data sets and present to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Lead complex investigations and trend analyses of communication assets.
Drive maintenance development, asset plans, and lifecycle strategies (RAMS/FRB).
Sponsor change management activities and system upgrades in line with standards.
Develop data models, dashboards, and predictive analytics for asset performance.
Provide technical governance across communications systems and interfaces.
Mentor engineers and deputize for Engineering Manager when required.
