The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer - Preservation with a proven track record in overseeing the design and execution to maximize production efficiency and ensure operational safety.

Key Objectives for This Role: Develop strategies to maximize production efficiency, select and oversee deployment of tools like packers and perforating guns, collaborate with engineering teams, analyze well data, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities: Oversee activities related to protection, preservation, and maintenance of equipment until handover, lead a dedicated PP&M team, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

Physical Requirements: Ability to see, read reports, stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, communicate effectively, and pass relevant safety and medical tests, including offshore-specific certifications.

Work Environment: Moderate to loud noise levels, potential exposure to hazardous environments, with safety gear required.

Primary Functions: Supervise mechanical commissioning technicians, lead safety initiatives, and ensure successful, injury-free project completion.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Minimum 10 years in oil & gas completion and commissioning, supervisory experience, knowledge of P&ID, piping, and production flow diagrams, project management skills, and relevant safety certifications. Proficiency in English is required.
