The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring financial and contractual management, and leading a team of estimators. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
• Contract Management:
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Handle contract disputes and claims resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of estimators.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive project estimates.
• Ensure continuous improvement in estimating processes and methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.

• Client Relations:
