An expanding telecommunications firm in Dubai seeks a Senior Commercial Analyst to enhance commercial performance and customer relations. Overview
Reporting to the Director of Commercial, you will have a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, supporting operational improvements, and strengthening customer relationships across our footprint. This includes conducting analysis, managing financial models and forecasts, and supporting sales and contract negotiations. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams and may travel across Africa, the Middle East, or other markets to support key business initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
•Driving sales opportunities and supporting customer relationship management
•Lead the execution of M&A and capital solutions advisory
•Oversee financial modelling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring.
•Reporting on monthly KPIs
•Conducting due diligence on infrastructure assets
•Supporting the sales excellence programme and operational improvements
•Reviewing transaction documentation and commercial contracts
•Designing and implementing process improvements
•Managing customer expectations and internal stakeholders
•Monitor market trends, industry developments, and news, while contributing to the drafting of pitchbooks and other marketing materials.
•Coordinating with cross-functional teams for business insights
