Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Lead CNC Machine Operator in Abu Dhabi to oversee machining setup, production, and supervision of the CNC team ensuring parts meet customer specifications. The role requires interpreting blueprints and performing process steps with precision and safety in mind.

The candidate should have strong programming experience, CAD/CAM proficiency, and an engineering diploma. Experience in aerospace or defense machining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Set up, production, and maintenance of CNC horizontal/vertical milling and turning centers.
• Supervise the CNC team to ensure operations meet high standards.
• Manual programming for time-to-time requirements.
• Carry out setup or changeover of legacy production.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods as needed.
• Participate in daily production meetings and RCA/CAPA activities.
