Job summary

GSSTech Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise solution design for banking digital transformations. You will shape architecture across web, mobile, APIs, and cloud-native ecosystems, ensuring security, scalability, and performance aligned with business goals.

Lead architecture governance, produce designs and documentation, and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with stakeholders and security teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience delivering enterprise architecture solutions.
Banking/financial services experience is highly preferred.
Security-first approach across data, networks, and applications.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end enterprise solution architectures aligned with business goals.
Develop architecture standards, governance, reference architectures, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design architectures for web, mobile, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native ecosystems.
Ensure architectures meet security, scalability, resiliency, and performance needs.
Produce HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, and documentation.
Partner with Information Security to safeguard banking data.
Provide architectural guidance throughout the SDLC and agile delivery.
Mentor architects and engineers on best practices and emerging technologies.
