MCG Talent have been briefed on a Senior Client Manager to join a global independent brand design studio in Dubai. Our client works with globally recognised brands within the FMCG / Corporate space and have offices located in London, New York and throughout Asia Pacific.

With a global team of 400+ employees, their newest office in Dubai is being established from the ground up. As such, you will need to embody an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrate outstanding project management skills, possess a strategic and inquisitive approach, and have a proven ability to both manage and grow key clients at a regional or even global level.

Responsibilities

• Take lead on client engagements and become a trusted advisor by providing your own expertise on the strategy/direction of the project to achieve the best outcome for the client.
• Manage and coordinate tasks with internal stakeholders from strategy, creative and communications.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as meeting recaps and project budgets.
• Develop end-to-end packaging and branding proposals to retain the client on a yearly basis.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects based on client's needs and objectives.

Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience within a creative / design agency and have an appreciation for aesthetics and design.
• A strong track record in account management and client servicing; regional experience is preferred.
• Great relationship & communications skills that can influence and advise internal and external stakeholders to reach the same goal.
• Highly organised with good project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail is required and ability to adapt in fast-working environments.
