Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Manage key accounts, driving cross-selling, upselling, and market expansion.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position ARC solutions effectively.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize product offerings, pricing, and technical support.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, rebates, and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Ensure seamless post-sales support and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 12+ years of sales experience in ICT solutions (Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, Security, Digital).
- Proven track record in closing large ICT solution deals.
- Experience with leading ICT system integrators in the UAE.
- Relevant vendor certifications preferred.
