Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage key accounts, driving cross-selling, upselling, and market expansion.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to position ARC solutions effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize product offerings, pricing, and technical support.
  • Negotiate with vendors on pricing, rebates, and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Ensure seamless post-sales support and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 12+ years of sales experience in ICT solutions (Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, Security, Digital).
  • Proven track record in closing large ICT solution deals.
  • Experience with leading ICT system integrators in the UAE.
  • Relevant vendor certifications preferred.
