The Role

As Senior Client Director -Digital Transformation, you will lead business growth in the Utilities, Water, and EV Charging sectors across the UAE and GCC region. Your role will focus on crafting strategic approaches, fostering executive relationships, and delivering innovative digital solutions.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic hub fuelling ground-breaking energy, infrastructure, and mobility initiatives across the Middle East. This role mirrors senior positions like Principal at top-tier consulting MBB firms

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing market entry and sales strategies for key accounts in critical infrastructure sectors.
• Building trusted partnerships with senior executives to position the organization as a strategic ally.
• Driving new business opportunities through a robust sales pipeline, utilizing advanced technologies like IoT, AI, and automation.
• Collaborating with global and regional teams to create customized, high-value proposals and lead negotiations.
