Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Client Development (Loyalty) with a background in Loyalty and SaaS solutions to join our Dubai team and contribute to the growth of our clients and our loyalty practice in the region. Your mission will be to grow a diverse book of business, ensure client satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth by cultivating relationships with key client decision-makers and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies. You’ll report to the Vice President of Client Services for Loyalty and work closely with Business Development, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal partners and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

We expect the ideal candidate to use general business insight to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and effectively position Epsilon’s unique offerings to help clients achieve their goals. We offer the opportunity to work with a best-in-class suite of solutions and services, with potential to expand knowledge beyond loyalty into other Epsilon products.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Become a Strategic Growth Partner: Use consultative and creative approaches to drive revenue growth by identifying innovative solutions to expand client adoption of Epsilon's offerings.
  • Drive Meaningful Client Outcomes: Quickly understand client landscapes to address their needs boldly, differentiated, and relevantly.
  • Forge Enduring Client Relationships: Build trust with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique challenges and tailors solutions for success.
  • Ensure Excellence in Delivery: Manage accounts effectively, serving as the primary contact for client and internal team issues and facilitating resolutions.
  • Develop Winning Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to craft sales strategies and account plans that align and achieve revenue targets.
  • Become an Industry Authority: Deepen understanding of your assigned industry to position Epsilon's solutions for maximum value and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Champion Leadership: Prioritize initiatives like revenue growth, performance improvement, and navigating complex situations to propel the business forward.
  • Cultivate a Collaborative High-Performance Team: Lead internal resources to deliver objective-based solutions successfully.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:

8+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, SaaS, and client management (including client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency experience).

  • Extensive loyalty experience (B2B/B2C), with knowledge of loyalty technology solutions and strategies.
  • Experience in key marketing components such as strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps.
  • Ability to assess client objectives and develop relevant strategies using Epsilon PeopleCloud's full product suite.
  • Proven success in growing client revenue through strategic up- and cross-selling of tailored solutions.
  • Comfort with consultative sales and solution selling approaches.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders toward strategic goals.
  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Team-oriented and highly collaborative.
  • Demonstrated sales and business development experience.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.
