Job summary

A luxury fashion brand is seeking a team player in Dubai who proactively supports management and cultivates a client-centric atmosphere. The role involves assisting in daily operations, training peers about the brand and products, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new Client Advisors. Responsibilities

  • Support Management in daily operations: VM support, stock organization, and opening/closing duties.
  • Train peers by sharing knowledge on brand, products, and client experience daily.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new Client Advisors.
  • Adhere to company's policies and support other Client Advisors when needed.
  • Manage stock and store operations, and visual merchandising responsibilities.
  • Be the expert in one or more categories: Merchandising and training.

Proactively Support the Team Managers in Establishing a Client-Centric Mindset within the Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Management in daily operations: VM support, stock organization, and opening/closing duties
  • Train your peers by sharing knowledge on brand, products, and client experience daily
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new Client Advisors
  • Demonstrate ongoing respect and adherence to company's policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needed

  • Stock and store operations, visual merchandising responsibilities

  • Be the Expert in one or more Category: Merchandising, training, providing the team with feedback (product performance, quality issues, product launch, local competitors, trends, missing opportunities…)
