Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.
• Leadership: Strong team handling and supervisory skills.
• Communication: Good communication skills to coordinate with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff across multiple sites.
• Training & Development: Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety/hygiene protocols.
• Quality Control: Inspect cleaning work and ensure quality standards are met; maintain cleaning schedules/checklists.
• Resource Management: Manage cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment; ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Staff Motivation: Motivate staff to maintain productivity and discipline; handle basic staff issues and reporting.
