Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in home cleaning or maid services.
• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices.
• Ability to manage and guide field cleaning staff.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily home cleaning and maid service operations
• Assign duties and guide cleaning staff at client locations
• Ensure cleaning services are delivered as per company standards
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Maintain basic work records, attendance, and reports
• Handle routine client coordination and service issues
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, and safety guidelines
