Job Description:

Oversee and coordinate Civil construction and maintenance activities in a construction or industrial site setting. Responsible for managing a team of Civil foremen and technicians, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, according to specifications, and in compliance with safety regulations, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects and the smooth operation of Civil systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Civil foremen and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, assisting with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making during Civil installations, repairs, or maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety measures, and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate progress, address issues, and make recommendations for process improvements or cost-saving measures.
