Qualifications

• Strong experience in civil and structural design within oil and gas, EPC, or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of arrangement drawings, detail drawings, and 3D model development.
• Experience with design software and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Strong understanding of design codes, engineering standards, and construction requirements.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and design accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and support junior team members.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop arrangement and detailed design drawings with high technical quality.
• Ensure drawings provide clarity, accuracy, and ease of construction.
• Develop and maintain 3D models for civil and structural systems.
• Coordinate closely with Civil and Structural Engineers.
• Ensure all work complies with McDermott requirements and design codes.
• Maintain compliance with QA, QC, and Health and Safety policies.
• Organize and manage personal design workload.
