This role supports high-quality arrangement drawings, detailed design development, and multidisciplinary coordination across major offshore and onshore infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop arrangement and detailed design drawings with high technical quality and professional presentation
• Ensure drawings provide clarity, accuracy, and ease of construction for fabrication and site execution
• Develop and maintain 3D models for civil and structural systems across assigned projects
• Ensure clash‑free model coordination with all engineering disciplines and project requirements
• Prepare civil and structural layouts based on engineering data generated by discipline engineers
• Coordinate closely with Civil and Structural Engineers and multidisciplinary teams for design alignment
• Ensure all work complies with McDermott requirements, client standards, and statutory design codes
• Maintain compliance with QA, QC, and Health and Safety policies throughout design execution
• Organize and manage personal design workload to meet project deadlines and deliverable schedules
• Perform design checks with strong attention to discipline interfaces and constructability requirements
• Provide drafting support and assist in repetitive design tasks with improved efficiency
• Review drawings from other disciplines and supplier drawings for coordination and technical compliance
