Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Civil Structural Design Engineer to lead civil and structural design analysis for EPC industrial infrastructure and district cooling plants, coordinating technical reviews and construction support.

The role ensures that all deliverables are safe, practical, cost-effective, technically sound and compliant with project specifications, codes and client expectations from concept through construction and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE/Chartership preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of civil/structural design experience, EPC/industrial projects preferred.
• Experience delivering from concept through handover and authority approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and detailing for RC, precast, steel, and foundations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design interfaces and approvals.
• Review subcontractor submissions and technical queries during design.
• Prepare design calculations, IFC drawings, specifications, and scopes.
• Support construction with site queries and field issue resolution.
