ISG Middle East is seeking a Technical Design Coordinator (Civil & Structural) to study and review project specifications, IFC drawings, and pre-/post-tender clarifications to plan engineering deliverables aligned with the project programme. You will supervise the in-house CAD team, review civil/structural submissions, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

With 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably including UAE main contractor exposure, you will drive design

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is mandatory.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably including UAE main contractor experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel and associated construction interfaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Study and review project specifications, tender documents, IFC drawings and clarifications to plan engineering deliverables.
• Review civil and structural submissions for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Assist the Design Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring civil and structural activities.
• Maintain engineering registers and agree submission/approval dates with the Design Manager.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure subcontractors and suppliers are appointed on time.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain design information, calculations and submittals.
• Plan and review drawings prepared by the in-house CAD team for alignment with IFC documents and site conditions.
• Review subcontractor shop drawings and material submittals for compliance and buildability.
