Qualifications

• 8–10 years UAE experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQs, specs and drawings.
• Ability to plan scope, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Experience monitoring variations and EOTs.
• Coordinate baseline schedules with Planning Engineers.
• Proven client/consultant coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience with MEP coordination and site approvals.
• Commitment to quality, safety and timely handover.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for planning, execution and completion of projects.
• Understand and manage contracts, BOQ, specs and drawings.
• Develop project plans covering scope, budget, timeline and resources.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
• Monitor variations and EOTs; update baseline schedule with Planning Engineer.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide weekly progress updates and manage timelines.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure MEP works align with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate submittals and approvals; manage site records.
• Manage project changes and report costs and performance.
