Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 18+ years of experience in project management for large-scale civil projects, particularly in airport runways, infrastructure, and transport.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; PE or related certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee lifecycle from design to construction and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including airport authorities and government bodies.
• Manage budgets, cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting.
