Austin NAWIC is recruiting a Project Manager for Civil Construction to lead projects from planning through completion. The role demands strong expertise in execution, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and site management to ensure on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 12 years of civil construction experience, including 6 years in the UAE, and a DM G+12 or unlimited license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of civil construction experience.
• Minimum 6 years UAE experience as Project Manager.
• Strong background in cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.
• DM G+12 / Unlimited License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage project planning, execution, and site operations.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
