Job summary

GREEN PREFAB FZE is seeking a Project Manager for Civil and Interior Projects in the UAE. You will lead civil and interior initiatives from planning to handover, coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Expect active site management and strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The role requires 5–10 years of proven experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, coordination, and site management.
• Hands-on experience in managing site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, material submittals, approvals, and coordination with consultants.
• Experience in preparing and managing material submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of consultant coordination and approval processes.
• Experience in handling client requirements, client coordination, and maintaining good client relationships.
• Ability to manage site issues, project requirements, and day-to-day coordination.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per required quality and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Good knowledge of project documentation, progress reports, inspections, and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple project activities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and interior projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for material approvals, inspections, and project requirements.
• Review project progress, identify delays or issues, and take corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports and other required documentation.
• Maintain effective communication between the client, consultant, site team, and management.
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
