Job summary

Zutari in Dubai is seeking a Civil Inspector to monitor, supervise, and inspect civil works on infrastructure projects, with emphasis on RTA/DM standards and project specs.

You will ensure field activities like earthworks, pavements, drainage and concrete works meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintain inspection records, and coordinate with engineers and contractors on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of civil inspection experience on road/infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, pavement, drainage, and concrete works.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with BS/ASTM/AASHTO/ACI codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and supervise civil construction activities per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and authorities on-site.
• Maintain inspection records, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
