Senior Civil Wet Engineering role based in Dubai, UAE under RBG (part of Surbana Jurong Group), focusing on complex multidisciplinary projects across wet utilities, infrastructure, construction, transportation, and building sectors.

The Role :

As a Senior Civil Wet Engineer, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality civil design for mixed-use, hospitality, and smart city projects. Working closely with Principal Engineers, you’ll produce and review infrastructure drawings and reports, and coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a delivery-focused role suited to a civil engineer with strong hands-on design experience and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Designing and coordinating wet utilities, roads, drainage, and grading
• Preparing land parcel layouts and technical details for phased developments
• Coordinating with architects, landscape, transport planners, and structural engineers.
• Supporting junior engineers, reviewing technical work for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring design quality
• Preparing design documents, calculations, and submissions for approvals
• Supporting multidisciplinary collaboration across the project lifecycle

Requirements :

• 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering design
• Proficient in Civil 3D and drainage modelling tools
