Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Dubai seeks a Civil Engineer - Utility Infrastructure with a minimum of 5 years of experience to design and coordinateUtility corridors and related civil infrastructure. You will develop master plans, assess conflicts, and ensure compliance with local authority regulations while collaborating across disciplines.

The role requires producing technical notes, models in Civil 3D, and clear communication with clients and management to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of utility corridor planning and infrastructure interfaces.
• Familiar with local authority regulations and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for utility corridors and civil infrastructure.
• Prepare master plans, cross-sections, notes and design documentation.
• Coordinate utility designs with roads, drainage, structures, and other disciplines.
• Apply Dubai authority regulations and standards in the design process.
• Create design models using Civil 3D or similar software.
• Review plans for technical compliance and constructability.
• Produce presentations and technical reports for clients and authorities.
• Support BIM and CAD designers on project delivery.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays.
