Sisco Jobs is assisting an international client in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in an exclusive search for Civil Engineers to lead on-site execution of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in site engineering, contractor coordination, quality and safety compliance, and delivery against engineering blueprints within a fast-paced, global environment. UAE experience and HSE knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of demonstrable site engineering and execution experience.
• Familiarity with UAE and international construction codes, HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site execution of construction projects.
• Manage contractor interactions and coordination.
• Enforce quality and safety standards on site.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and blueprints.
• Interface with stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
