Job summary

SSC HR Solutions seeks an experienced Civil Engineer in Dubai to design, develop, and direct infrastructure projects. The role requires 5–8 years of UAE-based experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
5–8 years of experience preferred.
Applicants must be available in the UAE.
Valid UAE Driving License required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and direct infrastructure construction projects. Manage budgeting and ensure timely completion.
Plan, design and manage roads, bridges, dams, and buildings to ensure safety and functionality within budget and schedule.
Oversee all aspects of project management: pre-planning, resource allocation, budgeting, contracts, supervision, and coordination.
Demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork throughout projects.
Prepare project reports and documentation; conduct site investigations and analyses; develop specifications; procure materials; liaise with professionals.
