Job summary

Want More is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer in Abu-Dhabi UAE to lead a team of engineers and technicians. The role focuses on designing, constructing, and maintaining infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of civil engineering experience, strong leadership, client relations, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit, plus excellent English communication skills and knowledge of codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience on civil engineering projects.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams.
• Ability to work with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or similar software.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi.
