The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction supervision, structural design, and project management. Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of civil engineering projects from conception to completion
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD, Revit
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities
• Perform structural analysis using ETABS or STAAD.Pro
• Oversee construction supervision and resolve on-site technical issues
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Civil Engineering (licensed preferred)
• 5+ years UAE / GCC experience in infrastructure / construction projects
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ETABS / STAAD.Pro
• Strong knowledge of concrete / steel structures, soil mechanics, and construction methods
• Familiarity with Dubai building codes and regulations (DM, DDA, TRAKHEES)
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Professional English communication (Arabic advantageous)
• PMP certification is a plus
