Job Description

• Lead industrial civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while meeting client requirements.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and technical documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Oversee the preparation of construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project teams, mentoring junior engineers and technicians to foster skill development and enhance project outcomes.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications during the construction phase.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges and ensure safety standards are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred for more complex project involvement.
• Experience in industrial projects is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, demonstrating expertise in managing industrial projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects to completion.
