Job summary

GET SET TECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACTING LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specialized in HVAC systems for projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role requires designing and managing chilled water plant systems, performing load calculations, and supervising installations to comply with project specifications.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise projects and strong hands-on expertise in chilled water systems, installation, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, while knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
Sound knowledge of all MEP engineering disciplines and coordination.
Strong understanding of international HVAC standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Design chilled water plant systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs.
Perform HVAC cooling and heating load calculations and pipe sizing.
Supervise HVAC installation works ensuring compliance with specifications.
Lead Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (TAB) and system performance verification.
Troubleshoot operational issues related to chillers and distribution systems.
