A leading hospitality company in the UAE is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead the sushi section. The role involves preparing sushi dishes, maintaining high food quality, and supervising junior staff. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and proven culinary experience.
Oversee the sushi section and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Prepare a variety of sushi dishes including sashimi and rolls
Train and supervise junior staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in sushi preparation
Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience
Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
