An amazing opportunity is opened in our In Room Dining outlet.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Chef De Partie to lead our dynamic team dedicated to delivering an authentic and exquisite culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with pool bar menus and hotel standards.
• Supervise and guide the team during service.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal pool bar promotions.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimize food wastage.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold the hotels service standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel.
• Previous experience in poolside, grill, or casual dining concepts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines, light poolside snacks, and beverages accompaniments.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.
