Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to take ownership of a kitchen section and support smooth kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary career with a hands-on and leadership mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Take full responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen.
  2. Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards.
  3. Assist in supervising and training junior chefs and commis.
  4. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety (HACCP).
  5. Monitor mise en place, portion control, and stock levels.
  6. Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on daily operations.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year as a CDP.
  2. High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  3. HACCP Certified with strong knowledge of food safety practices.
  4. Solid understanding of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
  5. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  6. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  7. Ability to handle high-volume service and multitask efficiently.
