Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation preferred).
• 10+ years instrumentation sales in O&G and Petrochem with 5+ years in Field Instrumentation and Safety.
• Proven track record with major O&G customers (e.g., ADNOC).
• 5+ years in Channel Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities, maintain account plans and close opportunities.
• Engage senior-level customers to diagnose needs and tailor solutions.
• Grow territory through regular face-to-face meetings and new customer acquisition.
• Leverage cross-functional resources to fulfill customer needs and drive orders.
• Develop long-term account growth plans and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with key O&G/Petrochemical customers.
