Job summary

dnata Cargo is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth and expand market presence across international routes with GSSA, GHA partners and key accounts.

You will lead a sales team, negotiate commercial agreements, monitor performance and collaborate with Cargo Customer Service, Reservations and Airport Operations to ensure service standards and KPI achievement across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 6–8 years in Logistics, Sales & Marketing
• Diploma in Operations, Sales or related discipline with 8–10 years in Logistics, Sales & Marketing
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Strong knowledge of sales & marketing techniques and ability to drive commercial strategies
• Proficient budgeting and cost control with ability to monitor financial performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial sales strategy for dnata Cargo and partners to achieve revenue and tonnage targets
• Target international airlines for GSSA and GHA activities and identify new business opportunities
• Promote airline cargo products and network capabilities to maximise revenue opportunities
• Manage major corporate accounts and build strong commercial relationships
• Negotiate commercial agreements, income and commission structures with service providers and partners
• Lead and supervise the Sales Team to achieve targets and industry standards
• Monitor performance across airlines, agents, locations, and products with real-time insights
• Coordinate with internal Cargo teams to ensure effective service delivery and KPI achievement
• Review stock management and credit opportunities, following up on outstanding payments while ensuring safety standards
• Evaluate contracted Sales Agents and recommend improvements to sales performance
