Job description

As a Senior Buyer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the commercial and creative direction of a curated portfolio of high-end and luxury fashion brands. With an expert eye and deep commercial acumen, you ll lead the development and execution of a buying strategy that elevates our in-store and online offering across multiple GCC markets.

You will manage a dynamic product lifecycle from market selection to post-launch performance sourcing exclusive capsules, optimising OTB, and driving full-price sell-through across both retail boutiques and e-commerce platforms. This role is suited to a commercially confident, analytically strong, and brand-savvy buyer who thrives in the evolving world of omnichannel luxury retail.

What you ll need to succeed

  • Define and lead seasonal buying strategies across both retail and e-commerce, tailoring assortments by market and channel.
  • Own and manage OTB, balancing commercial performance, product curation, and brand identity.
  • Attend global market weeks and buying appointments, identifying exclusive launches and regionally relevant collections.
  • Source innovative product concepts and exclusives to attract new luxury clients and differentiate our omnichannel offering
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and channel-specific KPIs to drive business decisions.
  • Maximize full-price sell-through, manage markdown strategy, and ensure efficient stock turn and ageing.
  • Develop pricing and stock allocation strategies in collaboration with merchandising and e-commerce teams.
  • Monitor the full product lifecycle, adjusting buys and replenishment in-season based on trading performance
  • Own vendor communication and commercial negotiations including terms, delivery planning, stock swaps, RTVs, and markdown contributions.
  • Foster strong partnerships with luxury maisons, showrooms, and brand principals to secure exclusivity and brand access.
  • Partner closely with e-commerce, retail operations, marketing, visual merchandising, CRM, and supply chain to deliver coordinated launches and compelling storytelling.
  • Brief and align marketing and digital teams on seasonal narratives, campaign moments, and exclusive product features.
  • Present buys, market insights, and performance reviews to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior buyers and assistants, ensuring they take full ownership of their categories.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that blends analytical rigor with brand intuition and creativity.
