Overview

Are you passionate about retail product development and driving end-to-end buying strategies for large-scale consumer projects?

We are looking for a Senior Retail Buyer to lead the development and curation of unique product assortments for a major new entertainment and retail destination in Abu Dhabi.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product development cycle, from concept to delivery.
• Curate and manage a diverse retail assortment that enhances guest experiences.
• Collaborate with IP holders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure innovative, compliant, and commercially viable products.
• Work closely with planning, compliance, and shared services to manage budgets, pricing, timelines, and quality standards.
• Stay ahead of market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities to drive growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in retail buying and product development, preferably within branded or IP-driven environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end buying across multiple categories.
• Proven ability to build supplier networks and negotiate favorable terms.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills at senior levels.
• A collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded professional.
