What We're looking for

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You should have a solid understanding of UAE company formation procedures (Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore), excellent communication skills, and a consultative mindset.

Day-to-Day at a Glance

• Guide clients through UAE business setup processes and recommend suitable jurisdictions
• Handle end-to-end services : license applications, documentation, visa processing, and government coordination
• Maintain strong client relationships with timely and professional support
• Stay updated on UAE business laws and setup regulations
• Achieve individual and team targets for lead conversion and revenue growth

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business setup consultancy or a similar role in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setup options
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• A proactive, client-focused attitude with attention to detail
