Senior Business Development Manager - Sports Medicine, GCC & NASSA

What will you be doing?

This role is part of the Sports Medicine Division and is responsible for managing and growing an assigned market segment and product lines in support of the overall company/divisional strategy.

What will you need to be successful?
  • Providing annual budgets for the business unit in alignment with the Business Unit sales manager and the overall company strategy.
  • Preparing business forecasts, plans, and pricing strategy proposals based on margin objectives, competitor pricing, and company guidelines.
  • Providing monthly forecast input as part of the Standard Operating Process for respective product lines.
  • Monitoring revenue against annual plans and forecasts, and adjusting strategies to meet goals.
  • Developing successful marketing strategies to meet short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Creating Key Accounts Focus plans per country, leading execution, and ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Successful candidates would need the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, business administration, or life sciences).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Medical Devices Sales & Marketing in the medical industry; Sports Medicine experience is a plus.
  • Experience with product management, product marketing, and product launches.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
