Qualifications

• Overall 10+ years in online ticketing, Events & Entertainment industry.
• 5+ years mandatory experience in ticketing business acquisition.
• Bilingual – English and Arabic preferred.

Senior Business Development manager - Q Tickets Dubai Q-tickets

Revenue for the year as per budget for marketing revenues targets for the year – 80%

· Ensure that the marketing revenues are achieved as per the budget

· Ensure that 95 % of events in UAE online ticketing are done by QT.

· Ensure that all government agencies and events are tied

· E voucher selling to strategic companies as per budget.

· Keeping close track of competition and there event tracking.

· Coordinating with Operations for Event activation

· Long term ups with all event management companies in UAE .

· Barter / Merchant tie ups for promoting QT brand with Joint ventures tie ups

· Leading the team to achieve better results with reference to event management and client satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management – 5%

· Ensure that solid business relationship is maintained with all stake holders on the customer side

· Ensure open and clear communication about the account performance, project updates, feedback and any changes that will impact the customer

· Ensure High-level of customer confidence and trust in QT ability to deliver on current model and new models

Marketing collaterals, contracts / Mou– 10%

· Ensuring that all marketing collaterals have proper logo

· Presence of QT banding in all on line partners collaterals

· Feedback after events from event managers and clients

· Ensure that all clients get there payments in time after the event is done.

Work Environment and Organizational Culture Enabling -5%

· Ensure a very open and transparent business culture that focuses on high performance is in place

· Ensure gossiping and any other behavior that is against the company's culture are discouraged

· Enable innovation and open communication

· Ensure highest levels of energy, enthusiasm and excitement is maintained in the organization

· Ensure fair and equitable assessment of people, process, customer and performance

· The specifics of the KRA can change from time to time based on the business maturity and lifecycle changes

· The account performance and SLA may vary from account to account and what agreed between QT and you will be applicable at any point of time.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Overall 10+ years exp in online ticketing, Events & Entertainment industry with at least 5+ years mandatory exp in ticketing business acquisition

· Good contacts in the UAE Various Industries

· Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

· Bilingual –English and Arabic (Preferred)
