Role Overview

The CBDO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and executing growth strategies, expanding the company’s global presence, and leading high-performing sales and business development teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the forex and CFD industry, especially within the MENA and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall business development and expansion strategy

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships, IB networks, and institutional clients

  • Lead global sales and business development teams toward revenue goals

  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies

  • Represent the company at international expos, roadshows, and industry events

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to regional business development managers

  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives
