Job description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with retail traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates, and contributing to the overall business expansion in the forex and CFD trading industry. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual with a strong understanding of the financial markets and a passion for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Identify, approach, and onboard retail traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
Promote the company's trading products, services, and platforms (MT4/MT5, WebTrader, Mobile App, etc.).
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their trading needs.
Provide clients with information on market trends, promotions, and new offerings.
Build long-term relationships to enhance client retention and referral business.
Market Expansion & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in Dubai, GCC, MENA, and the CIS region.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Attend forex expos, networking events, and industry seminars to develop business relationships.
Customer Support & Education:
Assist clients with account opening, deposit/withdrawal processes, and trading platform inquiries.
Educate clients on forex trading strategies, risk management, and market analysis.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service quality.
Reporting & Coordination:
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the sales manager.
Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to improve client acquisition strategies.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:5+ years of experience in forex, financial services, or fintech sales.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
Client Book: Having an existing network of IBs or retail clients is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets.
Technology Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and digital sales strategies.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic & English is Mandatory.
