About the position

As part of our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in Dubai, UAE, to drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.

This role calls for a strategic, high-performing professional with a proven record in B2B sales, business development, and account management. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for client success, and enjoy shaping commercial strategies, we’d love to meet you.

As our new Senior Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Build and execute tailored sales strategies to grow revenue across AeroTime and AviationCV.com platforms
  • Engage and develop strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that drive long-term partnerships
  • Lead client acquisition efforts through proactive outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) while handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and insight
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and product teams to design compelling, integrated solutions for our clients
  • Represent AeroTime and AviationCV.com at international expos, conferences, and business development events, enhancing our brand visibility
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through our CRM system

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development, ideally within media, advertising, digital products, or aviation industries
  • Experience building and managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account expansion
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to develop tailored solutions for diverse clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities in English
  • Results-driven, energetic, and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to think strategically, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
  • Knowledge of or passion for aviation, recruitment, or media sectors is a strong advantage
