Overview

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading SaaS-based technology company recognized for its innovation client-centric approach and collaborative work environment. We are seeking motivated results-oriented professionals to join their expanding sales team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial sector including banks investment firms and insurance companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at target accounts.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS platform.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product and customer success to drive client satisfaction and growth.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends competitive landscape and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on selling SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the financial industry in Dubai and the broader Middle East region.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Valid UAE drivers license is preferred
