Client Introduction: In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the Banking industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Job Purpose:

1. Work as a Techno Functional Lead representing Finance teams during implementation of Projects, URFs and enhancements of surviving applications.
2. Support Retail/Corporate and International Business Finance, Customer Profitability models and reporting.
3. Timely generation and provision of month-end reports required for financial and management reporting.
4. Work with business finance teams to reengineer various internal processes that translate to more efficient processes.
5. Work with technology teams to carry out the necessary changes in core systems & Finance applications for seamless and continuous enhancements.
6. Highlight to management any potential issues in MIS generation due to flaws or manual approaches in the source systems and processes.
7. Handle queries from Business Finance team, CAD team & Finance Application Owners of UAE & Overseas.
8. Initiate, track, and ensure timely resolution of service tickets related to Core banking, OFSAA, Data warehouse, and other surviving applications that impact MIS and financial reporting for UAE & Overseas.
9. Attend to any periodic and ADHOC reporting requirements from Business Users.
10. Provide support on Finance Reports developed for Business Users and perform changes as per Business requirements.
11. Interaction with Core banking team, Technology Team, Operations and Business Finance teams to ensure the timely delivery of requirements.
12. Expert in planning and execution of UAT for projects of varied sizes, tasks starting from preparation of UAT scripts to closing of UAT.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

1. Overall work experience of at least 6-8 years with a few years of experience in UAE.
2. Expert in SQL/PL SQL query scripting and deciphering skills.
3. Minimum experience of at least 4-6 years in Banking, Finance related fields including OFSAA, Financial & Business performance reporting.
4. Thorough understanding of system skills in Flex Cube, OFSAA and Data Warehouse concepts.
5. Strong understanding of overall banking products & functions and each of banks' systems.
6. Stakeholder management.
7. Analytical thinking.

9. Possess organization skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, and excellent skills in advanced use of Excel.
