Job summary

Halian in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead workshops and document user stories for Endur changes. You will collaborate with architects and developers to validate options and impacts, ensuring high-quality specifications and traceability from business objectives to tests.

You will support test strategy and UAT by defining acceptance criteria, engaging traders and senior stakeholders in an Agile environment, and contributing to successful releases in the Abu Dhabi market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a BA in trading, energy or financial markets.
• Strong Endur functional knowledge across at least one asset class.
• Experience Writing Clear, Testable Requirements In An Agile Environment.
• Confidence engaging traders and senior stakeholders in workshops.
