Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience in business/financial analysis in an international environment
• Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting and auditing
• Proven track record of designing and delivering strategic initiatives
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma; Black/Green Belt an advantage
• Understanding of daily management processes and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Support the HOD and BU Leadership Team in delivering the business strategy and growth
• Drive and implement the Long-Range Plan (LRP) with Leadership Team
• Develop, implement and monitor Value-Creation Plans for growth opportunities
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth via pricing and recurring revenue
• Coordinate BU Leadership Team agenda and ensure process discipline
• Prepare strategic analyses, financial models and management reports
• Support strategy packs, LRP content and SDP Level 1 documentation
• Monitor revenue growth, recurring revenue, pricing and KPIs
• Track strategic initiatives from planning to execution and results
• Facilitate KPI reviews, MBRs, QBRs and business reviews
• Identify improvement opportunities and support operational excellence initiatives
• Work with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Leadership teams
• Provide structured analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
